What is your current turnaround time?

Each item is made to order in the order it was received. Our current turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks before shipping. Once your item is made, we package it up and send it off to you! You will be notified of shipment at this time. 

How do I contact you?

How do I care for my items? 

To care for the hats, bonnets, and stockings, simply hand wash in cold water, reshape it, and lay flat to dry. However, spot cleaning is recommended as most items contain wool. With use your items may need to be reshaped. Carefully pull on the top and bottom to bring the item back to its original shape. 

This hat contains small pieces and children should not be left unattended with item. Each item is handmade and items are not toys.

Can I rush my order?

This is a case-by-case situation. Please contact us ahead of time. There will be an additional fee of $10-$20 depending on the number of items and rush timeline. 

When will my order ship?

We ship with USPS and items should be delivered within 3-5 days of shipping. Larger orders may ship with UPS. You will get a shipping notification to your email you provided at checkout. Pine and Poppy is not responsible for delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping, international duties/custom charges, or lost/damaged/marked as delivered items. Pine and Poppy is not responsible for loss/theft beyond the point of delivery confirmation by USPS or UPS.  

Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final; each item is made custom for you based on your order form. Due to the nature of the items being handmade, each item varies. If there is an error on our part with a ready to ship item or custom order, please email pineandpoppy@gmail.com. We want you to be a satisfied customer and we can work together to solve the problem.

On a case-by-case situation, refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original ship date. Items must arrive back in their original condition and each must have original hang tags still attached. Items that are not returned in their original condition will have an a $10 fee deducted from their refund total. All refunds will be given in the form of a Pine and Poppy shop credit only. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order with in the first 48 hours of the order being placed for full money back. After that we have begun processing your order, have ordered supplies for your order, and you are unable to cancel and make changes. If you cancel your order after 48 hours, refunds will be issued as shop credit.
