Why am I unable to check out and see custom products?
The shop opens every few weeks to take orders. Due to the nature of the custom items, the shop closes while we catch up on orders to ensure our turnaround time. The opening dates and current turnaround times are announced on instagram at https://www.instagram.com/pineandpoppyshop/ We suggest marking your calendar and setting an alarm to get your orders in during the fall and winter.
What is your current turnaround time?
Each item is made to order in the order it was received. Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks before shipping. Once your item is made, we package it up and send it off to you!
How do I care for my hats?
To care for the hats and bonnets, simply hand wash, reshape it, and lay flat to dry. However, spot cleaning is recommended as some items contain wool. With use your items may need to be reshaped. Carefully pull on the top and bottom to bring the item back to its original shape.
When will my order ship?
We ship with USPS and items should be delivered within 3-5 days of shipping. You will get a shipping notification to your email you provided at checkout. We are not responsible for items after they have shipped.
All sales are final; each item is made custom for you based on your order form. Ready to ship items are also final unless we have made a mistake. Due to the nature of the items being handmade, each item varies. If there is an error on our part with a ready to ship item or custom order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
